Sean has been living in The Woodlands, Texas since 1998 and graduated from Texas Tech University as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Sean studied at Dallas Theological Seminary, and is working towards completing his Masters in Theology at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Sean began in full-time ministry in 2004 and where he has served as a student pastor, church planting resident, community group pastor, and discipleship pastor before being called to plant Providence North Community Church in 2015.

Sean and his wife Ashley were married in 2005 and have 4 children, Isabelle, Owen, Ethan, and Ruthie.  As Lead Pastor, Sean’s role is to lead and develop our congregation and leadership so that God's church would be led toward the vision of making Christ known in our hearts, homes, community and the nations.  Sean longs to see the people of Providence North worship Christ above all else, live in authentic biblical community with one another, and be sent out to make disciples in our spheres of influence.

Josh serves as the Associate Pastor at Providence North Community Church and brings a passion for loving God and loving others in and around our community. Josh married his wife Danielle in March of 2006 and together have three boys: Keller Elway, Timothy Jack and Joshuah Peyton.

Prior to joining Providence North, Josh served in leadership roles for over 16 years in both the private and non-profit sectors. Josh and his wife Danielle moved from Colorado (GO BRONCOS!) to Texas in 2005 to open the franchise The Egg and I Restaurants. Over the course of 8 years, he helped grow the franchise to over 5 restaurants and had direct oversight of nearly 200 associates. His role in developing training and raising up new leaders that love to serve others, prepared him for the next season God had in store for him while working in full time ministry.

Josh transitioned to full time ministry in 2012 where he worked for two other church plants in the Spring/Conroe area learning a great deal from both opportunities. Josh has a passion to see people connect into the life and body of Providence North for the purpose of being sent out to make disciples.

Zach grew up in Austin, TX. Growing up in the church, God developed in him a love for worshipping Jesus while playing keys for his student ministry. During his time at Hardin Simmons University, the Lord placed a desire on his heart to see Jesus worshipped more fully and gave Zach a calling to lead worship to that end. After graduating, Zach moved back to Austin and entered into a 2 year residency with the worship team at Austin Stone Community Church in order to be discipled and better equipped as a worship pastor.

Zach met his wife, Bekah, there at the Austin Stone and got married just before moving out to The Woodlands to join Providence North in 2018. Together, they recognize that Jesus is worthy of far more worship than we could ever offer - in our city and in the world - and both desire to see His name be lifted high above all else. He alone is worthy of that!

The elders are charged with guarding the doctrine of the church, which is articulated in our affirmation of faith, as well as governing the main vision and mission of the church.

The financial board is an independent team that works alongside our elder board. They are an outside set of accountability and leadership with regard to the stewardship of church resources. Practically, they help determine how and where funds are allocated, staff salaries, outside support, and an approval process to protect the financial integrity of the church.
