Join us for a reflective prayer and worship service celebrating and remembering the sacrifice of Jesus and the good news of the Gospel. Childcare for pre-school age and younger will be provided, please register by Thursday, April 6th.

On April 6th, we are joining up with Risen Church for another combined Students event at their location! This is one of our favorite parts of the Collective that we get to be a part of! There’s gonna be food, we are gonna play games, and we are going to spend time worshipping!

Easter 2021
Come celebrate our risen King with us this Easter Sunday, April 4th at 10:00am! Jesus is alive!
Good Friday Service
On Good Friday, we will be coming together as a collective to spend a night worshipping Jesus for His work at the cross. This event will be outside at Risen Northwest from 6:00-7:15pm. Join us!
Next Steps
We take church membership seriously. Committing yourself to a body of believers is a weighty thing. But, it’s also wonderful! When someone becomes a member at Risen North, they commit to a spiritual family that provides encouragement and support. They are called to a biblical degree of responsibility, service, and sacrifice to their brothers and sisters. Our elders and leaders also pledge to assist our members with care, counsel, prayer, and teaching.
If this is a next step you are ready to take, we have a Next Steps course that we are asking you to be a part of. We are excited to walk alongside you in this!

Church Planting Meeting
Join us for an evening with Michael Darbouze, church planter of Risen Church Langham Creek, at Risen Northwest. You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the church's vision, mission, and values and pray with us as we pursue planting a Gospel-centered church in our city. We will also offer an option to join us online if you prefer. You can email mdarbourze@risen.church to receive the link. Note, no childcare will be provided, but we welcome both children and adults to attend the meeting.

A Night Of Teaching with Jen Wilkin
Ladies, we have an awesome event coming up for our Risen Collective women! Jen Wilkin will be teaching us on the evening of January 28th at Risen Church Northwest. It is an outdoor event, so if you are comfortable, we’d love for you to join us there! If not, there is a livestream option as well!
Risen Institute
Our spring Institute class, Christian Belief, will take place over 11 weeks with 6 in-person sessions (with a livestream option as well). The class will cover an overview of the basic tenets of Christian orthodoxy and how they inform our everyday lives as followers of Jesus. You can see the full syllabus here.

Holiday Giving - Food Drive
We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with Interfaith this year to love our community by donating food and other personal care items. This is an easy way to support other ministries in our area that are doing incredible things and to simply love our neighbors! If you can, we would love for you to give towards this!

Providence On The Porch
Ladies! Come join us for our second Providence On The Porch! Last month, we so enjoyed just getting to catch up with you all. This month, we want to do the same thing! But, we will also have some more pointed conversations in hopes to dig deeper into one another’s lives and better walk with each other! We hope you can make it!

Men, come hang with us at Northshore Park for a time of catching up and praying together. We will provide some coffee for you - hope to see you there!

If you are in 5th or 6th grade, we have an event coming up just for you! Friday night, November 6th, we are going to rent out the basketball courts at the Bear Branch Rec Center and play some games and then spend some time talking about the Word. We hope you can come!
Members Meeting
If you are a covenant member, or you are interested in becoming a covenant member here at Providence North, we would love for you to come to our Member's Meeting on October 25th to hear what is happening in our church right now, and where we are heading over the next few months!

Kids Week
“Lost and Found”
This year's theme takes us on a deserted island adventure. We will discover that without Christ, we are all lost. Thankfully, we serve a God who seeks and saves the lost! Together we will learn that God has a plan for our lives and He made a way for us to be with Him.
We can't wait to see the amazing things that God has planned for Kids Week 2020!
Please note that this year registration will cost $25 per child. This allows us to make Kids Week an impactful, unforgettable week that your child won't experience anywhere else. We want to be as effective as we can to accomplish our goal for Kids Week: to see children come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior and grow a relationship with Him.

Prayer Service
We would love for you to come worship and pray with us on Thursday, 5/7 at 6:00pm. We will be gathering back at Northway Church in The Woodlands! Dinner and childcare will be provided. Hope to see you there!
Child Dedication
The Bible says children are a blessing. That makes Providence North a very blessed church. There are already dozens upon dozens of kids among the families who call Providence home, with more set to arrive soon.
We do child dedications for 3 reasons:
We love kids. God has blessed us with children, so we want to seize any and every opportunity to bless them.
We support parents. Parents that participate will have the chance to come on stage, introduce themselves to the church, read a bible verse of their choosing over the child being dedicated, and publicly commit to teach and demonstrate the love of Jesus to their child in every way possible.
Providence is a family. Parents will certainly make a commitment to God, but the church as a whole will make a commitment, too. The Providence North family will commit together to be there for the families on stage through prayer and encouragement, believing true community is the environment in which God grows us into the people he has designed us to be.
If you have young children and would like to participate, click the register button above. Also, take advantage of the fact that people who would normally never attend church will consider doing so if it is an important day for your family. Pray about who you should invite to celebrate with us!
Easter Sunday
Join us for Easter Sunday as we celebrate new life found in the resurrection of Jesus!
Good Friday Service
Join us for our first ever Good Friday Service. Let’s come together for a night of remembrance, filled with worship, reflection, and communion, as we sit in the finished work of Jesus at the cross. We would love to see you there.
